In lieu of family, residents joined together to share in a Christmas feast.
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the turkey was plentiful, the potatoes mashed, and the gravy was flowing. This Christmas, we had record attendance at the holiday meals and donated food hampers and gifts brought a little comfort and a bit of joy to residents who struggle daily to make it to the end of the month.
In 2014, we provided housing and supports for 550 men, women, and children across Toronto, moving them off the streets and into their own home. With costs continuing to rise, the need is greater than ever this year. On behalf of our residents who count on us, please make your donation if you haven’t yet.
To ensure you receive a tax receipt for 2014, your gift must be received byDecember 31 at midnight.
Your generous support truly makes all the difference this winter.
