Delta Hotel Shelter has a 280-co-ed singles and couples client capacity and is pet friendly. The shelter opened in response to the growing pandemic-related need for emergency shelter, as well as to safely support all clients in a physically distanced, regulated manner, agency wide; individuals must be 18+ years old to become a Homes First client at this site. All Homes First emergency shelters are equipped with our foundational, 1 on 1 Intensive Case Management (ICM) support services to assist in client stabilization. Additionally, the Delta shelter has several programs available to clients, including an integrated meal program, harm reduction services (including a “Chill Space”), community engagement opportunities, as well as peer-support programs.
