Homes First is thrilled to announce the success of Homes For Dinner: Chapters of Hope, our annual fundraising gala that brings together the community to support people experiencing homelessness. This year’s event raised over $230,000, thanks to the generosity of our donors, sponsors, and attendees.
The evening was hosted by Nicole Servinis, whose warmth and energy kept the crowd engaged throughout the night. Adding excitement to the event, our auctioneer Dave Keystone led the live auction with flair, helping raise crucial funds for Homes First programs.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our event planning team Bassett Events, whose dedication and attention to detail ensured the night ran smoothly and was memorable for all. The evening was made possible by our key sponsors, including Fitzrovia, Alpha Resources Ltd., Saint Elizabeth Foundation, and many others, whose support amplifies our impact.
Guests were inspired by client stories, including Jim, who spoke about his experiences at Homes First and the sense of community he cherishes. Homes First Supervisor Nathanial shared what it means to work on the frontline, making our mission possible every day. The evening also celebrated the pre-launch of our new Living Library, a creative way to showcase client stories.
Adding an artistic touch, Homes First client and artist Arcadia showcased her work as part of the silent auction, allowing guests to support our programs while enjoying her incredible talent.
