Vaughan is one of our supportive housing sites; it is a three-storey brick and stucco apartment building with a total of 29 units, including 23 one‐bedroom units, and six two‐bedroom units. This building is populated primarily by mixed adult singles, and single parent families. The individuals living in this building have minor to moderate mental health and substance use issues. This building is located in the Vaughan‐St. Clair neighbourhood. Homes First has been operating a housing program here for over 30 years.
