The Willowdale Welcome Centre has a 79-co-ed singles client capacity, currently supporting refugees; individuals must be 18+ years old to become a Homes First client at this site. All Homes First emergency shelters are equipped with our foundational, 1 on 1 Intensive Case Management (ICM) support services to assist interested clients in their stabilization. Additionally, the Willowdale Welcome Centre has an integrated meal program, agency and partner-led harm reduction services, community engagement opportunities, as well as peer-support programs.
