Bathurst Lake Shore Shelter program opened in April 2019. This site has three programs that provide temporary accommodation and housing supports to adults, serving those experiencing homelessness in Toronto. The provided wrap-around services include: daily meals, laundry, recreational programming, and case management supports. 

The Couples program serves 56 couples, Co-Ed program has 100 beds and lastly the Lower Level Men’s program has 75 beds. In addition to the harm reduction services and supports provided by the agency, an Urgent Public Health Need Site (UPHNS) (also known as an overdose prevention site or supervised consumption service) is available on site. This program is run by Toronto Public Health/The Works. The UPHNS service is only available to residents staying in the shelter and does not accept walk-ins.
