Jarvis House is one of our supportive housing sites; it is located near Jarvis and Dundas, is owned by TCH and the building and tenant support services are managed by Homes First. There are 24 units, and we provide tenant supports and are responsible for the operation of the building. TCH provides Homes First an annual operating budget for the management of this property. This building houses 24 single older adult males with issues of alcoholism and mental health, and its residents are typically referred to Jarvis through Seaton House and other Homes First Shelters. Homes First has been operating a housing program here for over 27 years
