Spadina 164 is one of our supportive housing sites; it is one of two brick Victorian style rooming houses located on Spadina Road above Bloor St. West. The City owns both these properties and Homes First leases, operates the building, and houses support program for tenants. At present, Spadina 164 houses six females with moderate mental health, drug and alcohol issues. While rents at Spadina 164 are based on the tenants’ income, these are not Rent Geared to Income (RGI) Units. Homes First has been operating a housing program at this location for over 32 years.
